Refund Policy

Thank you for using Waver AI services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase. Waver AI provides AI services based on a prepaid credit system. Refund eligibility depends on the time since purchase and percentage of credits used.

1. Full Refund (Within 7 Days & ≤ 10% Credits Used)

You are eligible for a full refund if both of the following conditions are met:

The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date
10% or less of the purchased credits have been used

In this case, the order will be refunded in full, and any remaining credits will be removed from your account.

2. Proportional Refund (Within 7 Days & > 10% Credits Used)

If:

The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days, and
More than 10% of the purchased credits have been used

You are eligible for a proportional refund based on unused credits only.

The refund amount is calculated as follows:

Refund Amount = (Total Order Price ÷ Total Credits Purchased) × Unused Credits

Example:

Order price: $29.90
Credits purchased: 400
Credits used: 100
Unused credits: 300

Refund amount: 29.90 ÷ 400 × 300 = $22.43

Consumed credits represent irreversible AI computing costs and are non-refundable.

3. No Refund (More Than 7 Days After Purchase)

If more than 7 calendar days have passed since the purchase date:

The order is not eligible for any refund, regardless of credit usage.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not refundable:

Credits that have already been used
Bonus, gifted, or promotional credits
Taxes, payment processing fees, or currency conversion differences

5. Refund Request & Processing

To request a refund, please contact our support team via email with the following information:

Email subject: Refund Request
Registered account email address
Order number or transaction ID
Purchase date
Reason for the refund request

All requests are reviewed within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Refund amounts are rounded to two decimal places.

Waver AI reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.

Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
